The quickest way to check the status of ordered items is to sign in to your account and go to Order History. You may also email Customer Service at customerservice@blackopalbeauty.com or call 1-800-774-3477, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Can I place orders by Mail, Fax and Phone?

Does BlackOpalBeauty.com ship internationally?

We do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and international addresses (including Canada).

It may take up to 10 business days before your email address is removed from our database. An email address will still be required to communicate order-related information.
